What is a hostel management system?

Hostel fees are linked to the student account with automatic reminders. The in-out register records entry and exit, with late-entry alerts to the warden and guardian.
Complaints are logged, assigned and escalated if they stay open, and mess and room inventory is tracked with low-stock alerts.
Because the hostel management system is part of CampusFlow, every resident’s fees, attendance and contact details come from one record.
